Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have now expressed my desire to be compensated The employee must remember incorrectly because there is more than one shirt ruined I have since started using a new cleaning service My wife did request compensation and was not assisted at all She was not even provided a contact number for management As stated before, I expect to be compensated the cost to purchase new shirts I am available to pick up the check at your earliest convenience Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
I have now expressed my desire to be compensated.  The employee must remember incorrectly because there is more than one shirt ruined.  I have since started using a new cleaning service.  My wife did request compensation and was not assisted at all.  She was not even provided a contact number for management.  As stated before, I expect to be compensated the cost to purchase new shirts.  I am available to pick up the check at your earliest convenience.

Dear Sir,In response to complaint ID [redacted], I had no knowledge of this situation. I then made a call to Gaddie Cleaners which customer referenced as store where he had the problem. In speaking to employee which works there, she remembers 1 shirt that had a problem but nothing was said after shirt...

was picked up. They brought 4 shirts to be re-cleaned but we didn't hear anything after that. Our company tries to solve any and such problems which are brought to our attention.  The store gets the complaint and then forwards complaint to management The employee after being asked said that she, the wife of [redacted]r is usually the one who drops off and picks up and made no attempt to be compensated for shirts.Thank you,[redacted]
