Due to a mistake made by one of our employees we didn't produce the customer's order in a timely manner per our published production schedule When we were made aware of the situation we issued the customer a full refund We also mailed her the originally ordered vinyl lettering free of charge which was delivered on 7/24/ The fault was ours and we did everything we could to right the situation including issuing a full refund and providing the customer with free product

I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive the entire order I had placed. Plus I was promised the order by Saturday, July and did not receive it on Saturday. I don't need any more response, I just want others who would be using this company to know, STAY AWAY!
