I've moved with A to B twice, and they have been amazing on both occasions. Meesh goes above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate her clients. I had a problem with my dates, at the last minute, on my second move, and she spent days going over the schedule, and in the end managed to make it work even better than I could have hoped. The movers have been great - professional, friendly, competent, and careful. The company has taken great care with my belongings - I've never had anything broken or damaged or missing - and as mentioned I've had several moves with them, and stored my things in their warehouse for a few months. I highly recommend A to B moving.
A & B Moving did such an excellent job for us during my daughter's recent move on August 31st. My daughter was working the day of her move so I was on my own. We had a very tight window of time to vacate the apartment, but the two young men from A & B managed the challenge with a calm, capable, positive attitude. They took very good care not to damage any walls while moving things up and down a flight of stairs (no elevator in the building). They were punctual, organized, polite and hard-working, even offering to help me with a couple of last minute cleaning and packing issues that I couldn't manage myself! A & B's office staff was also very polite, well organized, accommodating, and reassuring during a stressful time. Their box rental program was also a huge help. I will definitely hire this company again in the future. Well done.

I settled with atobmoving.
atobmoving had an intuitive moving calculator.
I had a rough idea of what price to expect (no hidden fees).
That final price was close to the estimate from the calculator.
Going further again, they are Revdex.com Torch award finalists:
Aside from the seemingly positive reviews, they were the only ones that are very attentive and detailed in emails.
Some companies stopped replying, weren't precise, and/or gave oddly low estimates.
I had some general questions for atobmoving on November 2015.
I emailed again on July 2016, and my previous information was remembered.
I mostly corresponded with [redacted] (now [redacted]?).
[redacted] answered all my questions, and was very considerate.
e.g.
By my own fault, I missed a voice email from the driver, but I got a response on the weekend, even though they didn't need to send it.
Daniel did some slick one-handed duct-taping with the moving blankets.
The other movers were cordial and great.
I'm sure that the majority of moving companies would get the job done, but atobmoving was the only company that far stood out in terms of email communication and conduct, which is one of the first impressions.
They are absolutely lovely and professional. They were so nice and cared very much for the stuff they were moving like it was their own. Its nice to have restored faith in the moving industry thanks to them.
They are such dedicated hard workers.
This is the second time we have used A to B moving and we were once again thrilled with their service. Bob & Patrick were our movers, they are incredibly hard workers, friendly and extremely helpful. We ran out of room in our crate and they loaded our remaining house items in their truck and followed us to a storage facility and unloaded and packed another crate for us. They worked so hard for 6 hours, took great care of our things and happily came with us to a second location of moving when we were running short on storage space. I would highly recommend them and we will be using them again later in the fall when our new home is built. Thanks again A to B Moving!

They arrived exactly on time, came in and organized what could only politely be called chaos, packed all of my worldly goods down a driveway that resembles a hill in San Francisco, arrived quickly and safely at my new home, calmed me down when I realized the carpets hadn't been cleaned yet and I wouldn't be able to put anything on them for two days, and relocated everything to spaces that would keep my possessions safe and dry!
The guys were both fast, efficient, polite, communicative, great in a crisis, didn't grumble at my awkward packaging of things like The Leg Lamp or a camel saddle, watched out for Miss Kitty who is 100% deaf and likes to be underfoot, and never seemed to stop working!!!
I would highly recommend A to B Moving - professional from start to finish!
I was so very pleased with the service from A to Z from the A to B Moving company (pun intended). We had to arrange for a move in short order from [redacted] to [redacted]. The time was confirmed over the telephone as well as a rough idea of the cost for the move. They showed up on time, called to confirm what they picked up as we were not there at the pick up site. They called again to confirm which ferry they would be taking and the delivery time (called once off the ferry to say they were on the way). On top of everything they were the most reasonably priced and offered the best delivery time. Could not ask for more. Very pleased with our experience.
I used A to B Moving to shift my goods from one city to another. I was careful to request a comprehensive estimate, and the actual cost came in slightly below the estimate. The estimate itself was quite a bit less than the one I received from another company. My move involved picking goods up from two locations, one of which was on the third floor of a building with no elevator. The movers arrived on time, were cheerful, worked quickly and efficiently but without being so concerned with speed that they took risks with themselves or my goods. Two items were broken in the move â one had been broken before and repaired (but not very well, it appears), and the other was a jar of jam. Amazingly little damage, as far as I'm concerned. I was very happy with the way this company handled my move at every step of the process, and will recommend them when I have a chance.
