I would recommend avoiding this company. Unfortunately, we were 'assigned' this company through the home warranty company to assess a problem we were having. The work they performed was unnecessary, created another problem for which they were unable to figure out the problem and had to be corrected by another company. The actual problem was that the work performed was incorrect and the solution was simply to reverse WORCO's work. The reception and scheduling staff was rude and incompetent. When we inquired about a refund for the unnecessary work performed, the manager reported they would refund a portion, but his was later rescinded. The company is incompetent, unprofessional and lack any integrity or responsibility. If your home warranty company recommends WORCO, do yourself and favor and request someone else.
