Woodview Estates

Woodview estates kept my deposit saying I left my apartment dirty and that the carpet and some drywall needed replaced, which I wrote down on the pre inspection sheet when I moved in and never received information about it, and the "apartment manager" was supposed to turn that sheet in to the leasing office, which never happened, so I am being penalized by managements lack of care to deliver important documents about the apartment, also they had someone " clean it before I moved in and left the room looking awful and trashed

Mr*** moved into Woodview Estates on 7/1/and signed a one year lease in which he fulfilled. Per the lease agreement, he paid a $security deposit and a $pet deposit which clearly states would be used against any unpaid balance or damages that were caused during his time of
residency.Per the Ohio Revised Code, we are required to provide all tenants that move out with an "Security Deposit Itemized List of Damages" which was sent to Mr*** on 7/12/which outlines that his security deposit and pet deposit was retained for a the cost to replace the carpet due to the pet odor that was soaked into the carpet and pad, to repair a rip in the bathroom vinyl and the cost to clean the unit.I have attached the itemized list along with the invoices for the damages.
