Money was taken for not showing up. I was ordered to evacuate so I booked the room. Requested refund on the 5th, told they did not take it, *** did Refind!!
Refund back due to hurricane Dorian.
Hotel cannot find a reservation in the complainants' name ***. Please provide correct information so that the request can be followed up properly.
