Woodside Wellness Center

I went to them for an issue I was having with my knee and my neck
I went to them some of 2018, and 2019. I stopped going to them because I noticed that on my bill it wasn't showing my payments and I began asking and trying to fix this since August 2019.
So then over months and months nothing has changed and I even made payments and they're still stating that my balance is the same as it had been since August of 2019. Which doesnt make sense.
IF im paying payments, my balance should go down.
Then I asked her to talk it over with me and states that I owe way more. so I asked her to send me a current bill and she says I have one and that they will not lower the balance.
I do not understand. I just want to pay my balance(actual) and get a paid in full letter so they cant full any funny stuff in years.
They are a very shadey company in the sense they take peoples money and dont apply it to their accounts.
