directly by Woodside Super Laundry regarding complaint ID [redacted], and was told I would be sent a card replacing my money. I was just contacted yesterday which was my first contact from them directly since November. I was told I would be sent a new card replacing my funds. I have been told this in the past. I'm awaiting my find I will give it 2 weeks before I contact them again.

Review: I live in a building where this company services the laundry room machines. On November **, 2014 I called for a refund of 15.00 as the machine took my money. I was told that I would receive a refund in 7-10 bus day. It is now January **, 2015 and I have yet to receive anything. Everytime I call this company and speak with a representative I always have the feeling as it is my first time calling and they keep saying "I dont know why you have not received your refund" it is the principle as I have lost money many times with these faulty machines and have never complained. I am frankly tired of losing my money and to now know that I am having a difficult time with customer service returning my money I am even more frustrated. When I complained I was promised a 20.00 refund for my inconvenience.Desired Settlement: I was promised 20.00
