I am rejecting this response because: Woodside homes did not suffer any damages we asked the sales rep [redacted] for a few days to think it over our agent [redacted] also present and a witness to entire chain of events she stated this was a high pressure sale we were not allowed any time to think over and decide if we really wanted to.purchase the property we notified [redacted] at woodside homes 9 days after we signed that the property was too small and further more we had an unexpected new addition to our family. There is no justification for Woodside to keep our 2500.00 they did not provide a service to us for 2500.00. Furthermore that property sold less than a week after we canceled and [redacted] advised us we would probably get our money back to email her the.information she would in turn forward to a manager.
