We have paid our trash bill with debit cards and cash faithful every month since we bought the home in June 2019. They cut off our service on 2/14/2020. I called them today 2/28/2020 to ask why they didn't pick up our trash 2 weeks in a row. The woman who works the computer (there is only 2 employees who smoke inside the building and are only open from 12pm to 2 pm Monday through Friday) informed me I haven't paid since October 2019. I paid in cash in December 2019 and they claim they don't keep receipts for cash transactions. I had to pay 45.00 in person with cash in December. They told me today I never did. So this afternoon I called at 1:56 pm and spoke with the owner who told me if I wanted my trash picked up I needed to pay my bills and hung up on me. I have never been so embarrassed or upset. I am a law abiding citizen who pays her bills on time monthly. Faithfully. I called back and paid 60.00 dollars just so they would pick up my trash. They said if I can prove them wrong that I did pay that they wouldn't refund me but give me credit and hung up on me again. I am so enraged and embarrassed. I personally believe they are pocketing cash transactions. Please help me to stop this. This is obscene! They only answer the phones from 12-2 pm if you try to call them. What's even worse is that they are the ONLY company who will service my area!

Refund I want the Revdex.com to call them and investigate. I want my money back that they have charged me twice now. I want the company looked into for fraud and possible money laundering.
OK FIRST I WOULD LIKE TO SAY SHE HAS GIVEN FALSE INFORMATION. WE ARE OPEN FROM 9 TILL AROUND 4 AND NO ONE HAS EVER HUNG UP ON HER. SHE WAS ASKED TO PRODUCE A RECIEPT OR LET US KNOW THE DAY OF PAYMENT AND WE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUE WHICH SHE FAILD TO DO. SO THE SIMPLE SOLUTION WAS JUST TO PRODUCE A RECIEPT AND THE PROBLEM WOULD BE RESOLVED. ALSO TO THE COMMENT OF "SOMEONE POCKETING THE MONEY" SHAME ON HER FOR ACCUSING SOMEONE OF SUCH...HONESTLY I THINK SOME JUST LIKE THE DRAMA THANK YOU

You are a business. You should be able to look up records of cash transactions, especially when they are CASH. You all have the ULTIMATE upper hand here. You simply just say "provide a receipt, and we won't refund you will will advance your service" this is unacceptable! God only knows how many people you have done this to. Sadly most people don't know they're allowed to complain on you. I looked everywhere for the top blue copy of my receipt you all gave me (which is the top copy of 3 there are pink and yellow ones too, which you would actually haves also). So please provide me the records because I know you have them also. You all pocketed the wrong persons 45 dollars.
