Purchased a pair of earrings from this company on October 6th 2017 (ORDER ***). it arrived on the 10th with one earring broken and no wearable. I contacted them by phone on the 11th, email on the 11th, again on the 12th, left another message on the 16th and again on the 17th. They do not answer their business line and their voice message indicates they return calls next business day. The earrings were $20.00 plus excessive shipping $10.00. The package arrived with no packing slip and no order information.
