Woods of Ridgmar

On july 17 2017 approximately @ 11.00 am my rental apartment located @the woods of ridymar apartments *** .I noticed that the bathtub and toilet was overflowing with black water and it was over 2 inches over the apartment floor(video and pictures available upon request).I immediately contacted the leasing office manager Miss *** and I was told that the main line backed up and the apartments on buildings 21 +13 were all floated with black water.At 13.oo hrs I went to work returned @ 23.00 hrs to my apartment (no changes)to a nasty smell added to it.Next day july 18 2017 at approximately 10.30 am they came sucked the black water down from the floor,bathtub and toilet.On july 19 they came and replaced part of the carpet on my bedroom.Overall I had a new tv still in the box , a bed mattress and a box spring waiting to save some money to be dispatched that got damaged with the black water aprox $850.00 .(pictures and video available upon request)I aproched the apts manager and I was told that they were not responsible for any damages....I also have the invoice #*** from the professional mech service inc tel*** stating that the property has no cleanouts (required by the city codes)and that the (MAIN) black water drain line from bldgs. 21+13 was backed up.Nothing to do with my my apt black water drain line.tks for your consideration
