I am rejecting this response because: the original contract is not being honored (sub materials/damaged materials not in contract) In the original contract the materials are stated The suggested replacements are not satisfactory A refund is due in full.This is considered a bait and switch tactic and is against the law Revdex.com Please pursue the bait and switch laws applicable in this case

I am rejecting this response because: Not having the linoleum as part of a complete package as ordered and signed for. The damaged material is not acceptable. The items will not work at this point. To switch an item in a contract that was not agreed to be switched voids the contract in its entire content. To force a sale of items not ordered is fraud (i.edamaged material). To force a sale of this manner is wrong and this company should be noted for all future customers that this is a tactic the store uses to force a sale. The company must be in financial trouble to do this type of conduct to customers
