Have been using Woodfin since Atlantic merged with them Have always been satisfied with Woodfin They are prompt to answer my questions w/o transferring me times I have the annual plan for checking heating, plumbing, electrical, etc All the staff that comes to my house are VERY polite, knowledgable, andprofessional They have always answered my questions I would definitely recommend Woodfin to my family/friends

Matt spent four hours carefully trouble-shooting what turned out to be a very unusual heating/cooling problem The company which installed the unit did not install a piston in the air handler, which is what turns the refrigerant into vapor and thus cools the air This was gross negligence on the installer's part A subsequent technician, from another company, misdiagnosed the problem Matt from Woodfin finally figured it out

Robert Brown serviced our Heating/Air Conditioning System on October 26th He also installed a new solenoid valve on our humidifier, plus a new filter in our heating/cooling system He originally serviced our system when he was with Atlantic Heating & Cooling (the firm that installed our current *** System) He did an excellent job We alwasys look forward to having him check and service our system

Friday night during the snowstorm a 20' length of heating duct fell to the floor. Woodfin scheduled the repair for the earliest convenient time. (We still had reasonable heat to all floors.) The crew came at the time scheduled and efficiently replaced the duct - this time with screws rather than nails that had loosened. The furnace to duct connector kit that had torn was replaced.
The entire crew was very skilled and professional. The result was a nice looking repair that was better than the original installation and everything was cleaned up nicely.

Patrick M came to our house to install a new kitchen light we purchased. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We have more electrical work to be done and hope to have him do it!
