Starting off with the positive, my fireplace is up and running. The work was impeccable and my fireplace was left in perfect condition. There was no mess when they left which I greatly appreciate. Now for the downside. Getting a quote is useless. Only the thermopile and thermocouple had to be replaced so the cost of parts was minimal. The labor rate adds up quickly so be warned that a simple repair could end up costing you almost $***! I'm very happy it has all been checked and everything is running great but if I need service again I will have to do better research.
