This is regarding the complaint ID [redacted] ,I have tried calling you several times and was not able to speak to youI need some advice regarding this complaint which was made by our patient to youI have informed the patient that Carecentrix is not a billing agent for Woodbridge Medical, it is also a healthcare company in collaboration with Horizon BCBSWe are not allowed to bill anything to the patients as of July 1st 2015, so Carecentrix is billing the patients on behalf of Horizon BCBSAs for the supplies that the patient did not receive , I will retract the claims so that the patient is not billed by the insurancePlease call me so that we can resolve this issue, my direct number is [redacted]

for Woodbridge Medical, it is also a healthcare company in collaboration with Horizon BCBS.
