I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This is a huge issue and the apartment is still not weatherized as regulated. There are wires loose and hanging by the heater. The apartments are not winterized and cold.  They have not recitifed any of the issues because it is cold in there and still have other issues that were patched such as bathtub, the downstairs sink bathroom and other issues. I am very disappointed in this place. I don't want anyone coming into my home without calling me and I must be present.
