Even though they installed a mini-spit system with us in late October and we had a problem with one of the inside units, they came out and did something and thought it was fixed We did not need the air conditioning until April We called them because of the same problem The owner came out and found a couple of installation problems and had them fixed for no cost to us This says a lot to me for a company that will come out months later and fixes it with no hassle A month later in our hot months, we have no problems I feel they stand behind what they do

Absolute Rip of! Just like a small town operation to charge $90 an hour for service in which they do nothing. Also would not give me a price when I talked to them. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Would give them no stars if that was an option. When I called to asked how they figured that the guy spent an hour here I was told they have gps and can track them. Really GPS doesn't show you how long the guy was in my house working, Or in this case not working.
