Wood Works

On September 9, 2019 the owner, Larry C of Wood Works submitted a proposal in the amount of $4,889.50 to rebuild two gates at our home. We agreed to the proposal on September 9th and gave him a check as deposit for $1609.50 to cover materials on September 11th. Mr. C committed to schedule installation as soon as materials were secured. On subsequent calls he informed us of a delay in securing material.
On or about October 1st Mr. C stopped returning our calls. This continued onto January 2020. On January 6, 2020 my wife and I both left voicemails indicating our strong desire to move forward. At our request our friend who recommended Wood Works contacted Mr. C to see if he could persuade him call us to schedule completion. Mr. C promised our friend on at least two occasions to return our calls. He did not. We also contacted the owner on February 3 and 10th by email expressing our frustration and our need to proceed with the project. As of today (February 28, 2020) the owner of Wood Works has neither contacted us nor returned our deposit.
