car accident where I fell asleep at the wheel and took out a telephone pole, literally. Sheared off a 15 inch new wood pole. The impact of the airbag was so severe I spent three weeks in hospital in ICU with the Nearly every organ in my body acting up. I'm now in my fourth week Of physical rehabilitation at home,I've chosen your letter attached as the best basis to respond. It is true that the kitchen drawer you ordered ends up being really thin because the loss of space required for the bottom Mount slide system. So therefore the compromise of providing you an alternative drawer for your existing slide system seems to be the best solution. It has been ordered today At no cost. It should arrive within two weeks. I have a fabricator who makes and ships the drawers. In their hurry. They missed that the first drawer was of the old slide system And the second drawer was for the new slide system that they provide. They goofed. For reasons beyond me when this was drawn to their attention, their proposal to send me the missing hardware, not to you, for a drawer that was not machined to receive it made no sense. So I was in the process of fighting this with the supplier when my driving incident interrupted the whole thing. Keep the extra or old drawer for whatever you can do with it. I apologize. I have never had a valid complaint in my 35 year business experience. Respectfully
