Wood Wick Homemade Soy Candles

Review: The seller has a facebook page where she offers candles which I bought using Paypal (credit card). She said I would get the candles before christmas but that didnt happen (although I had waited for a month) so I asked for a refund and she said I would get it on the 30th which I never did. I am still waiting for my refund; Paypal doesnt show any refund pending and she ignores me everytime I ask about it. She also deleted all the posts I made on her page about it, including someone else complaining about it.This is not an isolated case, I have been in touch with someone else who is still waiting on her money but nothing. The seller first blamed it on the post office (yet she never gave any tracking number so we believe she never intended to ship out the candles like she said she did) and then kept on making excuses. At this point she just ignores us both and she kept our money. This has led us to believe her business is a fraud, which can be proved with the facebook chats we kept with her.Desired Settlement: At this point I just want my money back, which hopefully I will get from the paypal complaint I filed, but also I would like her business to be shut down because she has been ripping people off and I would hate to see others get their money stolen by this woman.
