It took almost a month to complete one side of a fence and a gate that was promised to be done in 3 days. It took over 2 weeks to get a working gate. On the second rebuild with the third set of gate latches the gate finally closes. He will ask for payment even before the project is completed. I will not use them again. This project took over a month for a "less than 1 week" promise

Ben S of Wood and Timber Design Co. gave me a quote on building a cabinet with floating shelves in 8/2019. He hasn't made our product that we paid for in full and refuses to contact us. He has had since 8/2019 to build the cabinet and shelves. My husband and I have tried multiple times to contact him or the company with no return phone calls or messages.
