Wood River Stone and Stucco

Mr*** on 12/10/19 was contracted to install ventilation pipes for a wood stove. The agreed service contract to be 1200 dollars. Mr *** required 300 downpayment. On 12/20/19 Mr *** showed up to home asking for 200 dollars for pipes. He did not give me a receipt. He left and came back with a helper. They cut a hole in ceiling and roof. He then informed me needed a different size of pipe. They left and did not return. Mr *** came to my home on 12/29/19 to tell me he cut the hole in the roof one foot off and that he would have to jag the pipe. 1/2/2020 he sent me a text he would be at my home either Friday or Saturday. No show, no response to texts. Tried calling, no response. 1/7/2020 he sent a text he would be at my home thursday or Friday. He did no show nor communicate. I have set aside many days for him to finish job, yet he does not communicate not uphold his word. It is winter and there is 9 inch hole in my roof. I intend to seek someone who will repair my roof and inner ceiling wall.
