Wood River Controls

Not to happy to have purchased this equipment to find out that old dial up is faster than wood river way to many problems beware as I have tried to resolve the issues without any success for stability

We switched to this company after we talked to neighbors and read reviews, it was good until winter came along. We are without internet more then we have it.
This week alone no internet every morning, went out at 8:00 last night, 12 hrs later still no internet.
Very frustrating, have talked to neighbors who are very frustrated and unhappy with the service also.
May have to re-think our decision to move to this company.

From the Administration staff to the employees the interaction and communication were stellar. Every opportunity to help address any questions and provide great service was made and delivered on.
