As the manager, I spoke to and have reached out to the customer about this situation I advised them about a way to clean up and reduce the damage as much as possible As the attached rental agreement shows, we are not responsible or liable for any driveway damage We do everything we reasonably can to prevent any damage, up to and including putting wood under the container, which other companies do not do I am willing to assist and discuss this at any time the customer would like and we are happy to resolve this to the best of our ability Please contact me with any questions

We spoke with [redacted] and informed her about the $being a per-authorization for security only and would only be used if the container was over the included weight She has received her due money back and the order has been closed As far as her concerns about the pick up times, her expectations were set and her impression was that we would be coming to pick up the day she called I have since spoken to [redacted] and corrected the expectation and have advised her I would attempt to get her a discount on her future containers with us
