I have not received my order placed on May 4, 2019. Order number 4086, for item DashPro Dual
Lens Dash Cam Front And Rear. $45.99 I have tried to contact SweetDen by phone and email several occasions on this
matter. I never received a tracking number from SweetDen on my most recent request on October 31,
2019, or any response at all from SweetDen.
On May 25, 2019 the Sweet Den accepted a payment from me for $54.99 for one "TrackBand™ 2.0 Blood Pressure Smart Watch and Heart Rate Monitor - Gold / 1x Complementary PhantomCharge™ Charger." They replied on the same day confirming the purchase and giving the order number #***. I sent an an email to [email protected] on June 21st without receiving any reply. I have today sent another message to them using their online contact form containing the same information contained in this complaint.
It is now July 7th, 43 days since they sent their only message. I am completely in the dark about whatever is or isn't happening to my purchase or my money. All I know is that my money has been taken and I have received nothing in return.
I ordered a TrackBand™ 2.0 Blood Pressure Smart Watch and Heart Rate Monitor × 1 for $54.99. Order #4503 was placed on May 17th at 11:53 am EST.

shipment does not track on their website. Please advise
I purchased two watches from Sweet Den on May 18th and I’ve sent several emails to inquiry about delivery of my order and have received no response.
I’ve also paid for my merchandise and received no contact from the seller. I believe it’s been enough time to have received my merchandise. I want a resolution to this problem.

Bought a watch on April 26. It's been 6 weeks and still haven't received it. I've had zero communication from the company even though I've emailed them 4 times. I have no way of tracking the order (the company site has an order tracker feature, but it doesn't work). Pretty sure this company is a scam.
Went online to order one item. Item was duplicated. Sent 3 emails to correct order to no avail. Called phone number which takes no calls (automated redirect). Notified PayPal and credit card company to correct charge.
I placed an order with this company in the amount of $109.98 for two track band blood pressure smart watch and heart rate monitors. I have not received the items and cannot get an answer to emails and phone calls to request a refund.
