The patient was seen for a problem focused visit along with what the patient perceived as "clearance" for a screening mammogram she also discussed other issues. Therefore an order was placed with central scheduling and the patient was to call for an appointment as they were closed at the time
of her visit.. I do not know where she had the mammogram done as it was not done in our hospital system. Our clinic does not do mammograms. The billing she references is not our bill. We cannot legally change the diagnosis as it was ordered due to complaints that she raised during her visit. A copy of the doctor's notes are being sent to the patient
