Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Good Morning,
I filled a complaint against Wolf’s Elite Auto back in July2014 with Revdex.com. The company and I both stated our stories to Revdex.com reguarding my complaint against them. I wasn’t satisfied with their side of the story and the Revdex.com sent me a message to reject it as I did I still haven’t gotten a f/u from the Revdex.com as they said they would. I would like to take this matter to the court system but would like a f/u call first so that I can know my next move. As I stated to the Revdex.com in July I’m not satisfied with the story that Wolf’s Elite Auto presented to them and I will take further action to get my refund back from then as they already have their vehicle! Thank You in advanced.
Review: I put a down payment of 1,500 on my debit card on a 2009 Dodge Journey on 7-21-14 I test drove the vehicle with on of the employee's to accompany me I did hear grinding noises coming from under the car he said it sounded like the breaks also noticed the low tire pressure light was showing on the dash he said the tires most likely need air he would take care of it also the bumper needed paint. We drove back to the office I mentioned every thing I saw to the finance lady [redacted] she promised everything would be taken care of by the next day 7-22-14 On 7-22-14 I went into the office to pick up the car signed paper work checked the car drove off the lot. Later on the same day I decided to take the car on the highway fro a spin. It drove fine no lights on. On 7-23-14 I dove the car into work the check engine light was son and the low tire pressure light was back on. UI immediately called my local mechanic for a diagnostic test. They didn't have a spot until the next day 7-24-14 in the mean time I did call Wolf's Elite Auto back and tell them about the issues she said well you are scheduled to bring the car in on 7-25-14 anyway to get the bumper painted so I said fine. I drove it home from work and a couple other places I needed to go I heard multiple noises!!So on 7-24-14 as planned I took the car to my local mechanic at 7:30am they called me back by 10 with a list of things wrong with car! So Friday morning 7-25-14 I took the car to Wolf's Elite Auto as planned called the finance company and told them the problems with the car before I even got to Wolf's Elite Auto! She said return the car with let [redacted] know of the issues and give me a call before 5pm today I got to Wolf's gave [redacted] the list of my issues with the car minutes after leaving there I called the finance company and told them I wanted out of the deal for the car explained my issues and asked for my money back from Wolf's Elite Auto she stated I most likely would not get a refund! They have the car and won't return my money!Desired Settlement: This company has the vehicle I did return it within two days of purchase I would like a full refund! Wolf's Elite Auto straight up told me I would not be getting a refund and not to bother calling the bank It was in their contract! After having the car for two days with a list of underlying problems!

Response:
[redacted] came to the Jot several times the first being on 7-15-14, to see if she could qualify for financing a car. She was approved and came back a few times looking at vehicles. She said she would get the documents she needed together and be back
On 7/21/14. she came back, found a vehicle she liked, test drove it, decided to leave a deposit and was to pick the car up the next day. She said she thought the brakes need to be checked and the tire pressure as well. We checked the brakes and pressure, everything was fine. The car was taken to Delaware inspection and passed.
At this time she left a deposit on her debit card, we explained that deposits are non refundable as is posted in the office and printed on her receipt. She said thats fine, as that was the car she wanted and would pick it up in the morning. She asked if the bumper chips could be taken care of, we set up an appt for that Friday, July 25th.
On 7/22/14 she picked the vehicle up, doing her paper work, t-tag etc. We reconfirmed the appt. for Friday and she left.
On 7/24 she called and said her check engine light was on, I asked if she noticed any difference in the way the car was driving, she said no, it was driving fine. I explained that sometimes, when you get gas, if the cap is not tightened properly, it Will cause the light to come on, she said she had gotten gas, I told her she was bringing the car in the next day. we would check it then.
She dropped the car off the next day. 07/25/14 we checked the tire pressure sensor, replaced it and scanned the computer for the check engine light, the light was off and there were no codes. We then took the car to the body shop to have the chips fixed Later that day, the finance company called to inform me that she had called in and said she had no intention of picking the car up, she didn't want it and they explained that it would be a voluntary repo on her part and that her deposit would not be refunded, she again stated she wasn't coming back for the car.
At that point everything had been checked and done and the car was fine and ready to be picked up. She called later that day and stated that she wanted to pick up a few things she left in the car as she
called the Joan company and terminated the deal. I explained that I was told she wasn't coming back for the car, so it was left at our shop and they were closed as it was after 5:30p.m., but I would have the car brought to the Jot on Monday am and she could pick her things up at that time.
She picked her personal items up on Monday.
She has stated that she had the car checked by her mechanic and it had a code,IF IN FACT the car had a code it would have NEVER PASSED DELAWARE STATE INSPECTION and the obd readiness test, Unless the code that was generated had been properly fixed. THE CAR HAS YET TO GENERATE A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT SINCE ITS RETURN .
There was no valid mechanical reason for the return, as the car is fine, in running order and Delaware inspected.
All her concerns were addressed and taken care of, but she decided she didn't want the car ...and called the loan company shortly after dropping the car off for her appt and didn't even address returning the car when she dropped the car off on Friday am. Her claim is totally invalid and untruthful.
