Wolfkiel Construction Inc

Review: I hired Wolfkiel Construction Inc last year on 8/9/2013 to build a two car garage with room above. We wrote up a contract covering the work that was to be completed and I was given a written estimate #48. As of this date 7/10/14 the project is no where near completion and I have paid him 95% in cash. Last month I had him write a contract that said he would be completed with my project on 7/16/14 otherwise I would start legal action against him. We both signed and dated the document. He now states that he has spent all the money that I have given him and does not have the funds to complete my project. I want to stop this from happening to other people and I would like to recoup some of my expenditures as I will need to hire another construction group to complete the job.Desired Settlement: I would like for [redacted] of Wolfkiel Construction Inc. to provide me with the sufficient funds to complete the project or finish the job to my satisfaction by 8/15/14.
