Wolfgang's installed my unit in 2010 and has serviced it twice a year since then. Always great service, good advice, clean trucks, clean technicians, and on-time. My technician was Justin W. and has been to my residence quite a few times. He is always pleasant and does his job efficiently. It usually takes 30-45 minutes to thoroughly clean and check the unit. When he is done he gives me a copy of what was checked and the services performed. Zero problems to date.

We have had excellent experiences with Wolfgang's since having them install a new AC system several years ago. Cody has performed our annual service and he has been professional, educational and taken all the time necessary to answer questions and give advice.

Cody W[redacted] has serviced our cooling and heating for years and has always done a great job! He is punctual, courteous and efficient. It has been a pleasure having him serve us.

Justin W. arrived on time and completed the service call in a timely manner and a neat and clean fashion. He presented his findings and suggestions and was very courteous and professional. He answered all my questions.

As always Justin W. is very pleasant to work with. He's thorough, arrives on time, has an excellent personal and work ethic, explains each step he will take, reviews what he's noticed about the system and explained what he's done.

Wolfgang's Cooling & Heating has a dedicated service staff. Chris B. is our Service Pro. He is polite, detail oriented and truthful. He does not try to "upsell" any products. You can trust what he says actually needs to be done to your A/C. We have had Service Contract with Wolfgang's for several years and will continue to keep them for all of our cooling and heating system needs.

Chris arrived early. After a pleasant greeting he discussed my current issues. He was professional and thorough.
