Lack of professionalism about deficiencies that were addressed multiple times, no resolve to complaints regarding paint on roof shingles that is in my opinion unacceptable lack of respect and professionalism which if it was just a little spot or two not a problem but when there is full spills and over spray in multiple places on my once not painted roof shingles! multiple other home owners Also have similar complaints which was supposed to be worked out prior to final approval but shingles painted weren’t dealt with!
We’ve contacted the client, and we’re looking into it to decide the best next step.

I am rejecting this response because:I was contacted one time and provided photos of the multiple deficiencies pertaining to the roof shingles and I watched they paint crew attempt to paint black paint on the roof shingles and also attempt to cover up other over spray with black paint but really didn’t fix or improve the problems that need addressing! I would like to show the inspector of the paint company so I could point out the problems that we are still encountering!

The Project Manager for this location met with the customer last week and pointed out that the issues with the paint job were from pre-existing conditions that were done by a different paint company approximately 10 years ago.
There is one paint mark that is our responsibility on the fence that we are in the process of resolving.
Our Strata has used Wolfgang Painters on various projects over the last 3years.
We have most recently had them do an amenities room in our building. George B was our
project person and Vahid was the painter that did the work again.
Vahid as on the other jobs did an outstanding job. He was clean , responsible and did a very
efficient job. We will definitely be using Wolfgang painters in the future and would recommend
them to other Strata buildings.
I personally have enjoyed working with George and Vahid.
