I am rejecting this response because: I understand the truck wasn't owned by *** HomesIt was doing business for *** Homes, on a *** Homes owned property, and while doing said business, damaged my propertyIn the initial phone conversation, Scott said " we will
make this right, when we are doing the other homes driveways." They are all done and my house still has a damaged driveway! I just want the damaged half of my driveway replaced, I'll pay for the other part of my driveway to be replacedThis way my driveway will still look uniform and not patchworkI don't think it is an unreasonable solution and neither did Scott during our first conversation
