Wolenski's Home Improvement Company

Michael W was hired to perform several home renovation projects totally $8,800. We signed an agreement and paid a deposit of $2,500 which was supposed to be utilized for the purchase of materials to get the job started. The contract was dated December 16, signed and deposit paid on Christmas Eve, December 24.

Michael came over one time to physically remove a small mantle. That is all that was completed over the course of 45+ days. Michael text me or my wife making excuse after excuse why couldn't come over to start the project. On February 4th we fired Michael and demanded our deposit back or the delivery of materials. Michael told us he did not have our money and needed more time. Michael did write us a check for $500, but still owes us $2,000. Michael admitted he never purchased our materials and used the $ deposit elsewhere.

He refuses to pay us back and essentially cut off all communications. I have save every text between the two of us outlining these continuing lies.
