[redacted] applied to rent an apartment from me. She was required to put down a minimum of 1/2 of the rent amount with the application. She was unable to do so, but brought a money order for $200. When the application was being verified, I found that additional information was required in...

order to continue the process.  I left several messages on [redacted]'s phone requesting that she give me the additional information and clarify some of her reference information.  She never responded to any of my calls and messages.  Therefore, I mailed her money order back to her at the address she put on the application, with an explanation that I was unable to complete her application process due to missing information.
