WM Henderson Plumbing

I made a appointment for PREVENTIVE heater service. For the 3rd year in a row, they cancelled me at the last minute. After their staff assigned me a date and time. Very poor planning or they must be so understaffed that they cannot make their regular obligations. They told me to reschedule. I am penalized for doing PREVENTIVE Maintenace while someone else that didn't get preventive Maintenace get preference treatment over me. Guess they will make more money off of them then someone who takes care of there system. AGAIN 3RD YEAR IN A ROW! Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expect a different result. END THE INSANITY!

I called Henderson Plumbing for service on my Generac generator because the red "fault" light was displayed. Tom Orme arrived at the expected time and, as he checked the generator, explained how the system worked, what I could do to check the problem in order to ascertain how best to explain the problem to the serviceman and how to anticipate any potential concerns. He was informative, thorough, detailed and yet clearly understood by this non-technical individual. I was impressed by his care, his attention to resolving the problem and his willingness to follow-up in order to check for and/or correct any possible issues. In addition he was efficient and extremely professional. What a delightful experience.
