Rarely have I seen a person so diligent in customer satisfaction. He was constantly checking in on meeting budget concerns, and recommended only the finest local sub-contractors for bid estimates. We had large boulders in our yard, and he even put on work gloves, and spent 2 days alongside the excavator crew in placing them in the correct position to build a beautiful natural retaining wall, saving tens of thousands of dollars. Wayne Kelly of the Sacramento area is among the finest contractors I've ever met in my life. You won't go wrong hiring him as a pool consultant.
