Unscrupulous, immoral, liars, vindictive and unethical. I asked for the cost at the very beginning, but did not get it until the Senior Tech was almost through and the cost was prohibitive and in addition I had to order 2 additional software packages for additional money. I got so mad I hung up and interrupted their "QUOTE SERVICE". since THEN I HAVE BEEN ATTACKED VIA MY COMPUTER ON A DAILY BASIS. I am not a NOVICE, I retired from Gateway Computers Technical Support department, so I am somewhat familiar with micro computers. Be careful as they are VERY VINDICTIVE
