Witte Home Solutions(WHS) is aware of the issues and is actively resolving this matter. In WHS did a tile floor and tub surround. On January 29, 2015, we were contacted about a grout issue with the floor. We came out on 2/9/and resolved the matter. We were once
again contacted on 9/25/about the same matter. We met at the house on 10/7/to find a resolution to the problem. The resolution was to replace the floor, but due to the fact the existing tiles were no longer available, the homeowner selected a different tile that WHS is paying for. That tile was ordered on 10/17/2017. The tile was on back order and arrived on 2/9/2018. Homeowner was contacted to on 2/9/to let know the tile was in and we were scheduling the work. Unfortunately until this week, we were unable to schedule the work to be completed. The homeowner has been contacted to schedule the floor replacement. We are able to start the work as early as 2/28/2018. Thank you
