Requested second estimate for diving room floor. [redacted] showed without samples but measured. Promised to drop off samples that evening. Nothing. Two weeks later he showed with samples. Nothing matched and he said he would return the next day. Nothing and no estimate. Plus first estimate was $1K higher than what we went with. Plus furniture movement and carpet removal at no extra cost.
