Customer serivice acts like you are bothering them when you call with a simple questionThey do not even ask for your imformation they just assume they know the answerI have no choice I have to have WREC for the complex I live in but they are a scam with the $monthly charge to trim treesI barely even use $in electric monthlySomething needs changed if I had the option I would choose TECOWorst company ever

This company is ridiculous overcharging on deposits and turn electric off after day late

They extort money from you through what they call "line maintenance" fees. Anywhere else I have had electricity I never had to pay a $30 a month fee for line maintenance.

I payed my bill on time regularly but as of 12/12/2016 I have been attempting and failing to pay my bill. The online system says I do not have an account when I do and I cannot log in. I tried calling twice and once was on hold for 48 minutes and the other 37 minutes before the hung up on me without helping me. This is a disgraceful business I cannot even see or pay my bill. If they would communicate with their customers that electric bills would be on hold until January due to there system issues then all of this anxiety would be gone. They could have sent out a text/email announcement and posted something on their website. The whole thing would have taken a hour out of their day once to avoid all these issues.

MY HUSBAND & I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH YOUR SERVICES!! ESPECIALLY SINCE WE HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF BEING ABLE TO BE ON THE "AVERAGE PLAN", WHICH OF COURSE SAVED US MONEY!! WHAT A BLESSING THAT WAS!! THANK YOU FOR THE SERVICES YOU PROVIDED !!!!!..................GOD BLESS YOU ALL & HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY HOLIDA
