This response ignores the main concern of my compliant: that I haven't the means to travel to Chester, Illinois. In doing business with this company, I was attempting to do business with someone local to me and convenient. I have no means by which to get to Chester, which is far from here, I wish to mail the defective product to Chester, and once received by the company, receive a full $50 credit on my credit card.
