I am rejecting this response because: My husband, *** *** said he specifically said not to dry his under armour shirts because he did not want them to shrinkShe laughed when he told her he didn't want any "belly" shirts. He was talkingto one ladyNot his fault if she did not write it downMaybe someone else threw them in the dryer not knowing, who knowsBut he needs to be reimbursed something for there mistakeWhen he went back in there and talked to an employee she even apologized and said she wished there was something she could do

off, with him still standing there, it was written in our notebook to hang shirts, but nothing about hanging the shirts wet. We wash 50 loads per day and don’t have time to read every label on every piece of clothing that we receive. If someone gives us specific instructions on their clothes, we write it down and follow those instructions. We hang clothes wet all the time, but only if we are asked to. Both employees were asked the same questions at different times, and both gave the same answers. This is an unfortunate situation that we work hard to avoid. Sincerely,Wishy Washy Laundromat
