Ordered a trial size bottle of face cream for $5.45.Two weeks later I got charge $98 for subscription I did not order. Company gave me only 50% refund
Ordered a trial size bottle of face cream for $5.45.Two weeks later I got charge $98 for subscription I did not order. Company gave me only 50% refund after I asked for full refund. They said they could not give me a refund since cream was already shipped. I told them to cancel my subscription.
I would like a full refund of the $98.87. They only gave me 50% refund of $49.43
I noticed a charge of $95.42 in my bank account. I have no idea what this is for, other than the name Moisture Pop. As an elder, this would hurt!
June 5th I noticed this charge. No phone or address are found for this transaction. $95.47 was charged to my bank account with no details. I believe this is a scam, perpetrated on the elderly.
I want a refund of this unauthorized charge. Quickly, because it will affect my ability to pay my bills.
I received from this company a credit card bill on 5-2-2020 for 98.87 which was on Saturday and this business was closed. On Monday (05-04-2020) I gave them a call because I did not order from this company. I order from youth renew a DR OZ show.
This company gave my information to four websites that I did not give them permission to do so.
After I spoke with wishful fortune they refused to refund my credit card.
They were uncooperative and said because they had my information they refused to refund my credit card and I have not received any product form any of the four company.
Refund I want my credit card to be refunded and all charges dismissed.

We can confirm that as per our privacy policy, we do not share nor sell any customer information. If any additional orders were placed, it would not have been via our site. We do apologize for any misunderstanding this may have caused.
Upon further review of the account, we can confirm that Mr. account was cancelled on May 4, 2020 when he called and requested a refund on the charges. At that time, Mr. received a full refund on both charges within our 30 day money back guarantee and a return of product was waived. Mr. received an email confirmation of the refunds issued in the amount of $98.04 and $96.17. Due to Mr. hanging up on our customer service department on May 4, 2020, we were unable to get the additional charges handles as our call back attempt was not answered. Mr. has now filed a dispute for the charges of $98.87 and $102.48, once a dispute is filed, we no longer have access to make adjustments. Any questions or concerns related to those 2 charges will need to be addressed with Mr. bank moving forward. We hope this resolved any further concerns.
