Seller knowingly sent a defective product I recently purchased a cell phone from Wisephone through [redacted] The sale was for an iphone plus, in good working conditionThe seller never indicated any issues with the phone, outside of the potential for some small cosmetic defects Upon receiving the phone I found that the screen does not work at allSince it's an iphone, it's basically useless without a working screen The phone was packaged in a box, and wrapped in bubble wrap inside of the boxAttached to the bubble wrap was a label that read, "IPHONE ATT 16GB RC"Below that description, it also read, "Returned: Clicking Screen." The seller knowingly accepted my payent for this phone, and knowingly sent me a defective productA picture of the attached label is available upon request
