We were recently running an online store through a company called [redacted] is a wonderful company for anyone looking to open an online retail business. How ever one of the particular companies that develops usable apps for [redacted] is NOT. After we closed our store through [redacted], much to our dismay they continued to charge us for their services. The services they provide is a software interface between your [redacted] store and [redacted]. The software itself worked great, but their billing practices are shady. It took them over a month to close our account, while still billing us in the mean time. When I showed them proof of our [redacted] having been closed two months prior, the said they would refund for the unused month they had build but never did. Everytime we communicated with them we got an illiterate conversation which lead us to assume they farm out their customer service to another country. DO NOT USE THEIR APP, THEY ARE HORRIBLE>
