The customer came in an purchased his vehicle, he was experienced a issue with the vehicle we fixed the issue as soon as possible, also gave him a car rental while his car was in service as a courtesy. also made a few payments of his car loan, as a courtesy. Customer came back saying the...

vehicle is making a Nosie our service Dept. said they don't hear what he is hearing. He came to the showroom we opened the hood and heard the AC compressor make the noise when the ac was on. all air conditioners make a sound when its in use, BUT we tried to trade him out of the car 2 times each time he changed his mind and decides to stay with the car he purchased. He would come in and say he wants a newer car we would pick the car and start the process and a few hours into the deal he would stop the deal and say he would rather keep his old car, this was done two times already on separate occasions. Anything the customer requested we did promptly, fixing his car, making a few payments, giving him a rental while it was at service, and tried 2 times to change his car. Thank you,   As I was saying we tried to put [redacted] in a newer vehicle because we don't have the exact used car he purchased. We offered other used cars that we have but if he is looking for the exact same vehicle that's going to be very hard. We even agreed on a new car with no lose to the customer and he said yes few hours later he would cancel the deal, saying he rather keep the car he has. we didn't care if it was a lose to us we just wanted him happy. We tried everything to make the customer happy, There isn't much to say on this subject. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseAgain like I explained prior the approach of the disclosed information was in a misleading way to get me to sign the paperwork. I was only told about the monthly payment and APR rate, never the total financed amount given to the bank. The whole process started from 4/5PM until 12AM next day. Nor myself, husband, grandfather, or brother was ever hostile or rude to the finance manager, I was adviced from the bank who financed the car to try to negotiate this misinformation with the dealer. I honestly feel that if I would of known all these terms like the bank explained it to me I would of not signed the contract. The bank contacted me because I'm an established consumer & they wanted to set up my auto payments & that's how I found out all the full information of my contract. I feel like this is not a good car deal because I'm now stuck with an upside down loan, which means my loan is more than the value of my car.  I purchased my 2008 Ford escape on 4/**/2016. There was a problem with my right driver side wheel 4/**/2016. I took my car to the dealer. They gave me what they call a wheel to get it fixed. I took the car to service to be fixed. They fixed a stabilizing bar on the drivers side and said they didnt see a problem with the passenger side. And when I took it to them I told them to check the hub barons, they didnt. I told them that the problem was not on the drivers side ,its on the passenger side. I was told they found know problem on the passenger side. I asked did they check the hub barons. They said yes. Now, I get the vehicle back. I drive it for 4/5 days an the problem persist. Now I take it to a outside mechanic. He checks the car, while the problem was happening. His diagnosis was the hub barons were bad. also, it was found that there was a leak coming from the engine. After you let the car cool down, I guess the barons cool down the car it, will drive. I take it back to the dealer. Tell them that the problem is still there and that the car is leaking oil. they give me another wheel to fix the problems. I take the car to service, they check the car out and tell me they have to seal the engine. I ask what?a seal or gasket of sort. I was told the whole engine had to come out and be sealed. I was not comfortable with that for a vehicle I just purchased. So I go back to the dealer and let him know I do not want this vehicle. I was denied, but told they will trade in my vehicle when I get the title and registration to the car. That was the first talk we had about another car. And I didnt want a newer car. I wanted a car of value to the one I purchased,and a good car. I was told that the problem was not serious. It would only be 5/6 days and the car would be fixed. I persisted to say I dont want this vehicle, because once you start messing with the engine the car will never be the same. Thats just experience with having cars. Yes, they did give me a rental car, not out of courtesy, but because of the severity of the problem with the car. On 5/**/2016 I took the car back to service. They kept the car for 29 days. which is a breach of my contract period. I went through humiliation for three weeks after I was told it would be fixed in 5/6 days about this vehicle. I get the title and registration to the car, before its fixed. I go to the dealer. Present the title and registration. They didnt have anything for me right then. They call me about 3 days later say they have something. I go and they want me to get a 28000 dollars car with 580 dollar payments a month. No, out of my price range. I denied. I told him, like I have to honor this same contract to the bank. Why shouldnt he have to honor this same contract, for selling me this bad vehicle. So he told me there was nothing he could do for me. So another week go by. I go back because I still havent got my car back. They tried to get me to make a deal on another car for 25000 dollars with 490 payments a month. Still not affordable for me. Now im pressured. I guess Steven calls service and ask about the car I purchased. He came into the financial office and said your car is ready. I say I dont want it. He said if you want it or not. We will stop paying for the rental car tomorrow. This is transportation to work. I have to have a vehicle. So the next day I go turn the rental in and they take me to go get my car. Ok, I drive it for about a week/week in a half. It starts to make noise sounds like its coming from the engine. I know longer trust the dealer nor service. I take the car to an outside mechanic. He tells me that the tensional is bad on the car. I pay him to fix that. The problem still persisted. I took it back to him. He says that the alternator or timing pulley is bad. Which is located in the area where the tensional is located. I take the car back to the dealer and give them the receipt where I got the tensional fixed. And to aware them about the current problem. I didnt want them to work on the , but the liability was on them. This is the part of there complaint where they talked about they didnt hear anything. But, I took it back to service where they kept the car for another 7 days waiting on the timing pulley and the alternator that was bad. My thing about this whole situation is that the first time I took my car to them for the wheel being bad. they gave me paper work when they were done. When they worked on the engine and the timing pulley which is in the engine. they refused to give me paper work to what they did to the car. That in itself is an unfair practice. I feel frauded and mishandled as a consumer. Ive missed time off work , im a carpenter I travel all over the tri-state area with my work. I have tremendous pain and suffering from this situation. City world ford should be liable in honoring my original contract and for the trouble they put me through , when all I went there for was a fair trade. Thanks [redacted]

Everything is taken care of, Albany issued her a extension on the registration. An all the paper work will be taken care of. If she has any tickets for the expired Registration we will pay for it.

Customer [redacted] came to the dealership at City World Lawyer Ford we resolve the situation he's going home in a new vehicle Eoth a lower payments and he is happy. Case is closed thank you so much. Customer called Revdex.com and cancel his complaint

Customer came to dealership with a payment of $200-$250 a month, we explained that is more of a lease payment and not a finance payment. Since we are a Ford dealership we can only finance a new car for her. She has issues with her credit and explained to her. She waited and got...

insurances quotes on a NEW car . We waited and she wasn't approved. So we told her we will talk to Ford the next day and see if they can approve the lease. Well next day she came in Ford wouldn't approve her because of the credit issues on her credit and we gave her options on a new car and the used car she wanted. Her budget is 200-250 and both cars new or used its beyond her budget. She has a budget and we explain to her we respect her budget but mathematically its not possible. She was upset and claimed we knew her budget and she cant pass $250 a month. But we explained Ford declined her for a lease (Low Credit Score) she doesn't fit in there guidelines for a lease. An financing its still over her budget, We want all our customers happy.
