This letter is in response to the above mentioned complaint. We acknowledge working on the customer's vehicle and...
replacing the CV axles. Customer came to business stating she needed the CV axles replaced. We performed the
service that was requested and at the completion of the service there was no further issues, Customer contacted us saying there was a noise and at that time we asked her to return with vehicle and we would cheek it Not only did we check and not find any issues with the service we provided, but went ahead
find removed and replaced the CV axles Again. After leaving the vehicle at the shop we cheeked the vehicle again and there was no issue with the repair requested by Customer and advised Customer that we would be glad to check and repair wheel bearings at additional coat. The noise that Customer was hearing WM; not in relations to the Wog which was replace, it appeared to be coming from another area of vehicle.
Customer insisted that it WAS wheel bearings, which we did not perform any service to and did not leave anything loose as Customer stated. The Customer came in requesting this service and Was obviously informed by someone else that the CV axles WAs the issue,
We feel we performed the service to vehicle requested by Customer to satisfaction and if there was other issues with vehicle that she did ask us to check or was advise to repair/replace we are not obligated to pay for
any additional service to the vehicle. Customers initial contact and request of replacing CV axles is what we completed.
Our business has anti will continue to make every attempt to make sure our customers are satisfied with the service we recommend or that the Customers request.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because I have documentation from another facility that states the axle nuts were not tightened down sufficiently causing damage to the wheel bearings. I can scan and attach tonight.
