My husband and I decided to remodel the interior of our newly purchased home in Los Altos and also add a playroom/den before moving inWe met with Adam who we immediately clicked with, his knowledge and personality definitely won us over!
Adam was very specific with the scope of work, project timeline the requirements we would have to adhere to so that the city would allow us to add a playroom/den for our kids and guestMy husband and I really appreciated all the information and after interviewing other local contractors we decided to move forward with Wise Builders and Adam as our Project Manager
I've gotta say that I'm very impressed with Adams professionalism, we were always updated either by email or textThe crew of workers were skilled, detail oriented, clean and respectful
Needless to say, we are extremely satisfied with Wise Builders and we recommend them to our colleagues and family

We contracted with Wise Builders, who fraudulently took payments from us for work that was never actually performedWe were told that building plans for our project were submitted to the city and nearing approval and only months later found out that our project manager had been lying to us the whole time and never plans or ever even spoken with anyone at the cityAfter starting over with a new contractor ($25k later), we found that the plans Wise Builders created for us were deficient and had to be fully redone, and that many of the expensive materials (windows, etc.), they requested we purchase would not meet code, and therefore had to be replacedWe purchased our home nearly two years ago and still haven't moved in given the delays caused by contracting with this companyWise Builders clearly has no quality standards, and more importantly for a remodel, no integrity, so trust at your own risk
