Review: On Saturday May **, 2014 I went for a dentist appointment. After the visit I was told by [redacted], the receptionist, that I had a payment due of $125 for the visit. I informed her that my insurance confirmed with me that it was going to be covered by them but she proceeded to say I needed to make the payment that day, so I did. My wife and I have spoken to [redacted] four times in the past two and a half months. All the times we have spoken to [redacted], she has said that the credit would go on to our next visit, however, we tell her that we want to be reimbursed because I no longer want to continue being seen there, she says okay but here we are today and I have yet to receive my reimbursement.Desired Settlement: The $125 I paid for the office visit.
