Alexandra’s December renewal ran on 11/1/16 was mailed out along with the withdrawal schedule. I could not find any notes that her agent had contacted us regarding the insured’s request to try and stop the 12/17 draw. Had she called directly into our office or had the agent we would have told them...
the draw was already submitted to the bank on 12/15 and she could call them to put a stop on it. If she also wanted her policy to be canceled, she would have been told we needed something in writing before we could cancel her policy in our system and that any unearned premium would be deposited back into her account 12 days from the day the cancellation was processed. We received two cancellation request, one on 12/19 with an electronic signature on it from the agent and a second one on 12/22 that was signed memo from Alexandra herself. The cancelation was processed at 4:12pm on the 19th and a refund of $100.54 was put back into her account on 01/3/17 as 12/31 was a non-business day. If you have any other questions please let me know. Happy New Years!! Review: I had a house fire and the limit was 187,000 payment for a home I owned and rented out in Marengo, WI. The insurance company is trying to get me to settle for 77,500 and yet I would be liable for clean up OR a limit of repair on the building for 155,000. My concern is that the other bids I got on the property were over 200,000 for repair and the contractor feels that he will not have any problem repairing the house for 155K. My concern is that the foundation of the house has not been investigated, I am told it could be ruined by the amount of water that ran through the house andit has been sitting unheated all winter open to weather. The insurance company thinks that it is repairable but the entire 2nd floor of the building is involved as well as the entire downstairs with water damage. It requires completely being gutted, rewired, and I feel the house needs to be razed and started over as do 2 other bids I got from contractors. They have approved the 155K but state that if it goes over, it is my responsibility. That is the limit they will cover. I have had insurance with them for over 10 years.Desired Settlement: or adequate cash settlement so I can once again have a 3 bedroom home with an attached garage.

Review: Our son was rear ended by a policy holder of Wisconsin Mutual. I was told to get an estimate on the vehicle which we provided. We have not been sent the payment for this. I called to confirm payment and they say it was sent on November 6th. As of 12/04/13 we have not seen that paymentDesired Settlement: I need a check for what their policy holder damaged in the wreck. I need that sent to [redacted]

Response:
Please be advised this issue has been resolved. The check that apparently was lost in the mail was voided and an replacement check was issued on 12/5/2013 and mailed to the requested address.
